The Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) sets out the Owner’s information needs for this project. It defines what information is required, why it’s needed, and how it will be delivered and used across the project lifecycle. It supports tendering, coordination, verification, and a successful handover to the Owner.
This EIR template is pre-filled for the assignment. Work through the template section by section and complete the highlighted Smart Fields where prompted.
Some sections will also guide you to carry out specific actions (for example, structuring information requirements in Scope Module). In those cases, simply follow the instructions provided in that section.
